Supports the planning and performance function within Alaska PSCM by driving rigorous performance management across a wide variety of activities, including: li Supports the performance management process within Alaska PSCM and Divisions, in conjunction with key stakeholders, across a wide variety of activities including development of financials, and key performance indicators for the PSCM team. /li liAssures and drives performance through clear metrics. /li li Maintains a close working relationship with PSCM Leadership Team, the Alaska Region Finance team, and other PSCM Performance and Planning Managers across E&P PSCM. /li br
Bachelors Degree in a business discipline br br

li Minimum 10 years of experience /li li At least 5 years experience in a performance management or related role, including experience developing performance metrics, scorecards, reports, and analyzing results to improve performance through Continuous Improvement /li li Experience creating, coordinating and delivering executive-level performance reports /li li At least 3 years of Supply Chain Management experience /li li Skilled in the use of analytical and statistical reporting tools, including SAP, Excel /li br br
