Part-time Client Services Representative II/ Teller I

Work Schedule: M-F 12:30 - 4:30

Under regular supervision, processes all types of paying and receiving transactions including specialty functions such as selling and redeeming bonds, processing exchange and foreign currency, accepting loan payments, sending outgoing wires and processing collection items. Maintains good working knowledge of bank policies and procedures.- *Minimum 6 months of client service experience required.- *Minimum 6 months of cash handling experience required.- *Minimum 6 months of basic computer experience required. (eg. MS Word and Excel)- General knowledge of bank products and services.- Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to interact effectively with clients, all levels of bank colleagues, and vendors.- Ability to cross-sell banking services to existing and potential clients. - Must be able to work in a team environment and to adapt to sudden schedule changes.*Represents basic qualifications of the position.
