- Strategize, plan, communicate and direct internal and external resources in the development of new retail concepts and programs for North America
- Provide direction in all visual aspects of the branded store program including program evolution, store layouts, fixturing, P.O.P. and merchandising
- Manage the planning, development and ongoing maintenance of retail programs for all channels of distribution across North America
- Research and evaluate retail service programs to enhance consumer experience and retailer profitability
We require 5+ years experience in a merchandising management role as well as expertise in project management, visual merchandising, display and store design.
