Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Scientist with specific, extensive knowledge in pigments and colorants for architectural paints
- In depth knowledge of surfactants, wetting systems and dispersions
- Experience in new product development of low or no voc colorants
- Extensive knowledge of formulation of coatings and paints
- Hands on laboratory skills and works well with cross functional teams
- Familiar with manufacturing and scale up of colorant dispersions
- Creative and innovative in the scientific approach to product development
Experience Required
- Advance degree in Chemistry, Ph. D
- 10 years experience in coating, pigments and colorants
- Must be team oriented with good organizational skills
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
