Job Description
Company: Greater Baltimore Medical Center
Facility: Greater Baltimore Medical Center at Towson
Department: Bariatric Surgery
Under limited supervision, plans therapeutic diets in accordance with physicians diagnoses and requirements of regulatory agencies. Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team to implement nutrition care plans.
Bachelors Degree in Dietetics or a related field.
Thorough knowledge of assigned specialty area: diagnostics, classification, treatment and ability to apply same on an individual basis to patient(s).
Skill in data analysis and interpretation.
Ability to exercise independent thought, judgment, decision-making and flexibility.
Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed with the State of Maryland. Work requires successful completion of 15 American Dietetic Association accredited CEUs in previous year.
Maintains Registration through the Commission on Dietetics and Licensure through the State of Maryland. Part Time Day/Evening
