Job Description

Develops and implements sales strategies for a group of accounts in a plan, a territory, or a specified geographic area. Knowledgeable of complete line of products/services and clients' issues and needs. Primarily focuses on seeking out new clients. Typically has less than five years of related sales experience. Responsibilities

Develops and implements individual sales strategies with brokers in defined terrority.

Drives profitable growth through new business opportunities.

Builds collaborative relationships by actively participating in local management discussions.

Maximize effectiveness through proactive communication and collaboration.

Communicates value prop and other supporting information to brokerage community to drive sales.

Stays current & communicates market trends, competitive information and buying patterns.

Strong advocate and voice of the Company in the marketplace.

Actively pursues new producer relationships..

Requirements

Qualifications Include:

Proven track record of sales success.

Market knowledge of producers and IFP opportunities in the marketplace.

Ability to work in matrix environment with strong positive influential skills.
