RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Define, implement and coordinate organization???s quality management policies and objectives.

-Maintain compliance status for ISO 9001-2008.

-Develop, implement and maintain a quality training system for all plant personnel.

-Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine process capabilities and establish quality expectations and metrics.

-Drive root cause and corresponding corrective actions for non-compliant material.

-Formulate fiscal budget in support of quality programs including laboratory equipment, training and personnel.

-Process audits and assure system compliance.

-Collect and analyze process data with the intent of establishing operating procedures and training programs.

-Train and evaluate colleagues at OJT and formal class levels.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

-5 years of practical quality engineering experience.

-Must have strong root cause analysis experience.

-Strong previous ISO experience.

-Previous experience implementing quality systems training.

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

-Previous QA experience with metal products.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

-Bachelors Degree in engineering strongly preferred.
