TS/SCI Required
Minimum Experience: - Six (6) years of proficient experience with US Government policy and doctrine; knowledge of DoD policy and C-IED Topics.- Experience in providing support at the Joint Operations Center/staff or equivalent level.- Demonstrated understanding of Joint and multi-national command structures.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in the use of personal computers with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications required.The Contractor shall support government/military lead's WTI strategic engagement with senior leadership during the coordination and development of strategic policy and guidance for establishment of a WTI Process across DoD.
- The Contractor shall support government/military lead in writing, staffing, and coordinating WTI doctrine, CONOPS, Baseline Assessments, and guidance. The Contractor shall support the government lead in ongoing revisions of the WTI Handbook and WTI family of lexicons.
- The Contractor shall support government/military lead in drafting joint IED best practices or doctrine. The Contractor shall participate in WTI doctrine related meetings and provide debriefs.
- The Contractor shall support institutionalization of WTI policy and doctrine. The Contractor shall make recommendations on the synchronization of the efforts of JIEDDO sponsored WTI doctrinal development activities. The Contractor shall facilitate coordination as directed by government or military personnel.- The Contractor shall prepare and coordinate staffing memorandum as directed. The Contractor shall support preparation of General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) level correspondence and briefings. The Contractor shall attend meetings, VTCs, etc. that pertain to WTI doctrine and policy, as directed by the USG.
- The Contractor shall, at the direction of the Government lead, review JIEDDO internal policy actions for WTI Division interests and provide recommendations on changes, updates, or deletions.
