Job Description

Superior Technical Resources is partnering with our Hillsboro based client in search of an Administrative Assistant for 3 months contract opportunity.

This would be for a engineering group, supporting 2 or 3 staff level managers, 5 managers and group of 100 +.
NOT much calendaring.
Purchase Order experience
CPC purchases
F2F Events Schedule Rooms and catering
Passport Assistance
First Day Office Setup\Network Accounts \Laptop\Desktop and Dev systems from IT person within our own group
There is not a lot of calendaring in this position, the majority of the managers are very self supporting.
Scheduling complex meetings
Domestic and international travel arrangements
Maintaining department org charts
Ordering office supplies
Office moves and FDO/set ups for new employees
Other general admin duties

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in related field.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and a comprehensive knowledge of Client policies and procedures.
Must have strong verbal and written communication, be proactive, and exercise good judgment.
Strong communication/written, proactive, multi-tasked, organized and use of all Microsoft Tools.
