Job Description
Superior is looking for a HR Coordinator to work with our client located in Palo Alto, CA.
Position Summary:
General Summary
The HR Coordinator will focus on assisting the HR Management team as they provide HR support to our client.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform New Hire Orientation
Manage New Hire/On-Boarding process
Assist new hires with badges and HUB sign-on
Establish yourself as HR point person for general questions
Update the company HR Intranet
Process EDD claims
Process Employment Verification Requests
Manage termination/exit packages
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal groups to facilitate exchange of information
Assist HRBP with Benefits Administration
Facilitate temp hiring/terminations; process temp requests
Maintain and update of Playdom org structure in SAP
Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
Process SAP reports and org charts as needed
Maintain personnel files
Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Order & maintain HR office supplies and stationery requests
Process HR Department POs and invoices
Provide administrative support to HR department including calendar, travel, expense reports
Support HR with Compliance training updates
Manage Peer Bonus program
Update directory/ distribution lists as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Keep pulse on the organization; keep HR department informed

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Coordinator.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Outlook and SAP
Proven ability to work with confidential information
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated effective time management skills to ensure all projects are completed in an effective and timely manner
