Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Supintendent for their Construction Department. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction and customer service process for the Boise division. Detailed Job Description and Duties: Must be knowledgeable in all facets of residential construction and local building codes. Ideal, self-motivated, candidate will possess the ability to multi-task, while building homes in budget and on time, provide exemplary customer service skills, and build strong relationships with established trade base. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn proprietary programs) required. This job is physical in nature and will require lifting up to seventy pounds.
