Reporting to the Medical Division Vice President, the Sales Manager will provide sales leadership and direction to the Medical sales team.Responsibilities include coaching and motivating the sales team to reach and exceed goals; establishing sales territories, quotas and goals; analyzing sales and marketing data for trends and opportunities; and building a team for expanded and anticipated growth.The Sales Manager will also be responsible for quarterly sales meeting with their group.

Qualified candidates will have a 4 year degree in related industry, 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the same or similar industry, have demonstrated competence in sales and marketing and possess exceptional verbal and written skills.This position will office out of a Chicago Branch and require 50% travel.
