Job Description

Cultural Integration Consultant (CIC) - USA consulting firm - There are a small number of these positions available. To be based in either Washington DC, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, or Atlanta GA - $155,000.00 USD + 20% performance related bonus - This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished individual with operations, multi-departmental and multi-cultural experience to work within a team of professionals advising international companies about multi-cultural integration and performance improvement. SPECIFICATION
Our client is an established USA-based consulting firm which is expanding its operations within Washington DC, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, or Atlanta GA. The company is specifically looking to identify a number of accomplished individuals who are able to facilitate the development and implementation of cultural integration plans within a multi-client portfolio. Candidates must be based in either Washington DC, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, or Atlanta GA, but they will also be required to travel to the client's other offices from time to time in other parts of these states and the USA. This is a core vacancy and as such the salary offered is calculated under the Senior Partner code. This position also includes a first rate healthcare, pension and share options package.

DESCRIPTION
The position requires good operations and multi-cultural knowledge, general industry experience across at least five core industries, and good cultural integration, performance improvement, communication and interpersonal skills. Our client is also looking for people with a friendly and non-threatening demeanour with good diplomatic skills. Responsibilities will include facilitating internal teams of departmental managers and directors enabling them to decentralize responsibility for cultural integration throughout all major operations departments and using sustainable key performance indicators. Candidates should also have general experience in production, operations, finance, human resources, information technology, management, customer services and marketing.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have an international multi-cultural business degree, or business-related degree and preferably consultancy-related professional qualifications. They will also have experience within at least five industries and be an experienced productivity improvement manager at management level. Our client is looking for candidates who are ambitious, inspirational and have exemplary leadership qualities together with a motivational perspective. You should also be able to demonstrate a progressive track record of success within a multi-cultural environment a sound economic understanding. Specific USA geographical market knowledge and specific industry knowledge would also be an advantage.
