******* ALL STAFF REVIEW REFERRAL INFORMATION TAB IN EKOS ******* ************** Specific Interview Contact Preferences ************** RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION: 1. Utilizing a computerized inventory system, establish and control stocking levels for replacement parts. 2. Requisition all stock parts for inventory by use of the computerized requisition report to maintain consistent purchasing practices. 3. Receive and unpack parts, verify accuracy of shipment from vendor, parts numbers, quantities and pricing. 4. Receive parts that have been sent via inter-company from other locations. 5. Utilizing the computerized inventory system, issue necessary replacement parts to mechanics relieving the part from inventory to repair orders. 6. Assist in loading and unloading of parts delivery vehicles. 7. Perform routine cleaning duties in the parts room. 8. Maintain current Material Data Safety Sheet log. 9. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: 1. Ability to effectively utilize parts manuals and manufacturers build sheets. 2. Strong organizational skills; detail oriented. 3. Computer proficiency with good data entry skills. 4. Clerical, organizational skills and Mechanical experience a plus. 5. Self motivated; capable of working independently. 6. Ability to routinely lift weights of 75 lbs. 7. Additional skills may be required to perform additional task specific to work location, department or line of business. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum 1year experience in vehicle parts or equipment supply. 2. Minimum 1year heavy-duty truck parts experience preferred. 3. Must have High School diploma or GED. 4. General knowledge of office functions. 5. A minimum of 2 years office experience preferred. 6. Must have the ability to lift repetitively, carry, reach, push, pull, bend, squat, climb, sit, and stand. Routinely lifting weights exceeding 75 pounds.
