Job Description

As part of CBS Local's Digital Sales Operations team, in this position, the Digital Sales Marketing Coordinator will work with the CBS Local Digital national sales team and the sales teams within CBS Radio and TV properties in planning and executing online advertising campaigns.
The Digital Sales Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Operations team and, will be responsible for the development of creative and marketing materials to support an aggressive sales force. The candidate will utilize their design skills across all mediums, including powerful and inspired sales presentations, training materials and client recaps. Responsibilities include:
- Create and design customized sales proposals and presentations for national/multi-market opportunities - Coordinate special requests, contest pages, approvals, etc. with CBS Local corporate digital team - Work with CBS Local research to maintain accurate online media kits - Manage online digital intranet ensuring accuracy and relevance - Support sales teams in developing sponsorships around major CBS initiatives and manage availability (Concerts, NFL Football, College Basketball, Grammy Awards, Primetime Programming, etc)
Required Skills/Experience - Knowledge of the online & traditional media business - Ability to create and design compelling, creative sales presentations - Ability to handle multiple projects at once. - Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships - Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent listening and presentation skills - Team oriented - Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite CS, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - Understanding of Solbright, DART for Publishers, comScore, Scarborough, , and other web related applications a plus - Dedicated and driven work ethic, excellent writing skills, and outstanding computer skills - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in advertising/media field. Traditional media experience is a plus - BS / BA degree required
