Analyzes and provides recommendations on issues dealing with system and operational architectures. Coordinates with user community representatives throughout all phases of development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics, whether enunciated in formal doctrinal changes or emanating from Advanced Warfighting Experiments (AWEs), Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), or Force XXI activities, to system design and development.
