Manages production processes for annual budget and monthly forecast of operating expenses for the organization. Uses subject matter expertise in budget and forecast applications and business processes to continually evaluate and improve processes to enhance systems, reports and analysis to drive more impactful information for decision making. Develops, maintains, monitors and enforces policies and procedures followed by all business and support areas across the organization. Uncovers operating discrepancies and short comings and makes recommendations for corrections, operating improvements and cost savings. Ensures appropriate level of technology support and service level agreements. Trains and educates users on systems and processes. Responsible for satisfaction of key constituents and ongoing communications with planning community.

At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting with a minimum of 3 years experience managing accounting or financial planning operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required. MBA/CPA preferred.
Proven track record of managing people and projects of a complex nature.
Combination of technical and business skills required.
Preferred candidate will have experience in budget and forecast systems and processes.
Prior experience with Hyperion Planning, SmartView, Essbase or similar tools is preferred.
