Job Description
EXECUTIVE CHEFPRIVATE CLUBEXECUTIVE CHEFConfidential search for Executive Chef in Southeast Michigan Private Club. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations of the Club. The Executive Chef will train and manage kitchen personnel , purchase all food, equipment and supplies relating to the culinary activities of the Club while achieving financial goals throughout the year through proper forecasting, cost controls and labor management. Previous experience with both ala carte and catering, fine and casual dining, proven record achieving food cost and labor cost targets, menu development, menu pricing and development of the culinary team are preferred. Ideal candidate would have prior experience working at a private club or hotel environment. Culinary arts degree from an accredited school or equivalent experience.
