Responsibilities include supervision of the daily operation of the billing office to ensure all charges are processed and billed accurately and in a timely manner. Will follow departmental productivity and quality control measures to support operational goals.

Will have an Associate degree or equivalent job experience. Bachelors degree and/or CPC preferred. Five or more years experience of supervision in hospital or physician setting. Must have the ability to co-manage the department and work well within the management team. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products with the ability to utilize Excel for reporting functions. Must demonstrate effectiveness in monitoring daily work activities, evaluating, training and motivating performance of staff.
