Job Description
Perform analyses of computer systems and related software/applications for the design and development of interfaces through which customers will access patented enterprise project execution management software on existing and emerging platforms, e.g., for iPad, Android, Web 20/tablet, and other related mobile technologies. Facilitate the project execution management needs of our clients by ensuring compatibility and integration of our computer systems so that our patented technology can be shared optimally across platforms. Analyze business-related requirements, technical specifications, information architecture, and user flow diagrams to write recommendations and translate recommendations into highly functional, interactive designs and prototypes to provide effective user interfaces and enhanced user experience. Oversee customization of computer systems and software/applications, and development and implementation of new, expanded system features. Collaborate with Realizations product managers, implementation group, and developers/programmers. Serve as liaison to provide progress reports and project evaluations to management.
REQUIREMENTS -- Bachelors degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, Applications Designer/Developer, or similar position. The employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and/or training including a Masters degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, Applications Designer/Developer, or similar position.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS -- At least two years of experience with UI/UX design and development. Experience developing and implementing web-based user interfaces for enterprise information portals for management/enterprise information systems.
