Project Manager to 92K with full benefits

Bakersfield/Kern County. Manager for oilfield and commercial construction projects wanted.
*Responsible for estimating public and commercial infrastructure projects, *Management of the projects to completion
*Oversight of estimating/project management department and directing of project managers in maintenance of projects in accounting system
*Job Cost modules.
*Working knowledge of subcontracts,

Position will be office based with onsite foreman and General Superintendent. 4 year degree preferred, but will consider overall experience, 6+ years? experience in estimating public works projects, 3+ years? experience managing other estimators/project managers. Candidate must have experience with PC based estimating and project management with at least 5 yrs experience in estimating software and 3+ years in job cost/accounting programs. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of takeoff software, list of local public projects estimated and managed, strong computer skills and experience with Bid 2 Win or Heavy Bid preferred....
