Customer Service Intern

Job SummaryConAgra Foods is organized into two businesses:
Consumer and Commercial Foods. Our consumer foods are found in 97 percent of America's households and 25 of them are ranked first or second in their category. Some of our well known brands include:
Healthy Choice, Chef Boyardee, Hunts, PAM, Orville Redenbacher, and more. The Customer Service Team supports the Consumer division of the company, working to ensure seamless coverage of the needs of our retail and foodservice customers (i.e. Wal Mart, Kroger) in the United States and internationally. The intern will support ConAgra's Supply Chain organization in one of several assigned areas related to Customer Support, Operations, and Master Data. Typical duties may include but are not limited to:
1) Acting as a liaison between the customer, outside sales, and internal departments, facilitating the execution of strategic fulfillment initiatives2) Conduct research and identify areas of opportunity to improve capabilities on all areas of Master Data3) Assist in operational root-cause analysis including problem definition, investigation and corrective actions to help optimize financial processesPosition Responsibilities Internship Program:

- Internships are located in Omaha, NE at ConAgra's corporate headquarter campus
- Intern projects assigned and final presentation made at conclusion of internship
- Weekly Lessons with Leaders' intern sessions with executive leadership including CEO, CFO and other Corporate Leadership
- Tour of food manufacturing plant
- Organized social events:
Baseball game, BBQ, etc.Proficiencies Gained:

- Strong communication and collaboration skillsPosition Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, preferential area of study in:
Business, Operations Management, Communications, Mathematics, or International studies
- Sophomore or Junior status at the time of application
- Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
- Minimum GPA 3.0Traits of Successful Incumbents:
