America's Job Exchange is pleased to provide our OFCCP Compliance Solution. This solution delivers the appropriate information to each of the 50 states in order to help our customers in meeting their OFCCP Compliance Job Listing obligation.
On September 7, 2007, America's Job Exchange began forwarding job postings from companies that have identified themselves as Federal Contractors to the appropriate employment delivery systems in each of the 50 States, in response to the August 8 ruling from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

We believe that these steps will help federal contractors meet the 41 CFR 60-300 requirements as described in the final rulings announced by the Department of Labor on August 8, 2007. However, given the rulings are relatively new, interpretations of the rulings may change or vary.
America's Job Exchange continues to monitor the changes and update the compliance mechanism on an as-needed basis. Please stay posted for new features and functionalities on compliance reporting as well as compliance processes for those who fall under the 41 CFR 60-250 requirements.
