What is your OFCCP tool and who should use it?

The America's Job Exchange OFCCP compliance tool is a job distribution tool to assist companies that are federal contractors in meeting their job posting requirements. Government regulations dictate that posting your positions on a web site is not sufficient. The jobs must be sent to the state job boards or to the appropriate local employment delivery services. This additional step of forwarding jobs to the appropriate locations is what the OFCCP compliance tool does.

Is there a place I can go to read the latest regulations from the government?

Do you reach all 50 states?

Yes, we do. Coverage and delivery methods vary state-to-state, however.

How often do you send jobs to the states?

Your new jobs will be forwarded every day to the appropriate agencies.

Why don’t I see my jobs out on the state job boards?

The regulations offer at least two possible compliance solutions. One is to send jobs to the state boards and the other is to use the appropriate local employment delivery service. Many states do not provide a mechanism to post directly to their state boards so we use the local distribution option. As a result you may not see your jobs on the boards of some states - even though we are actively forwarding them.

Do you provide any sort of report to assist in verifying compliance if I should get audited?

Yes. You may request a report of your job distribution through the America's Job Exchange Customer Care which can be reached at customercare@americasjobexchange.com. Please be sure to include your company name, the ID (it will be an email address) you used at registration and the date range you would like a summary for when requesting an OFCCP report.
