POSITION REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:
This candidate should be a driven individual looking for an opportunity to maximize their earning potential. Must be able to create, cultivate and close sales leads within their multi-state region. Must be proficient in forecasting and be able to communicate effectively to senior management.
Regional Sales Director
Meet and strive to exceed sales targets through direct sale of all Healthcare products.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
Develop and maintain customer relationships with key stakeholders.
Call on prospective customers and provide technical product information and demonstrations.
Organize Regional Sales Events
Grow and manage a multi-state region efficiently and effectively.
Become proficient in knowledge of the medical simulation industry to help in the pursuit of individual and corporate goals.
Must live in or within 50 miles of Regional Territory
Minimum 4 + years of medical device, pharma, cpg, or medical education field sales experience. Clinical or Medical education experience a plus but not mandatory.
Four-year degree preferred.
Must be able to travel 40%.
Must be an organized and detail oriented individual with the proven ability to manage accounts.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy is essential. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and database
