Job Purpose:This candidate will be responsible to handle customer service calls as well as take on various projects for the customer service department. A regular day for our Customer Service position will include taking calls from customers inquiring on the status of their claims, processing payments, ordering parts and inspections, explaining benefits to customers and de escalating situations with frustrated customersWe are a company with room for advancement for the right individual with the right attitude. The position will require someone with strong customer service skills. Automotive experience is a plus but is by no means required. Working hours are ?8 am to 5 pm M F with some possible rotating shifts (7 to 4, 8 to 5, or 9 to 6 NO weekends)Duties:* Utilize training and customer service experience to process claims and customer service calls* Take up to 40 to 55 incoming claims calls and enter all claims data into the computer per day.
