Job Description
Calling all Accounting Clerks with great customer service experience- We have a client located in DT Dallas area interested in hiring an experience Accounting Clerk for a long term CONTRACT opportunity. If you have the ability to enter data into Excel spreadsheets, use email, lift boxes containing incoming mail. We need you to send your resumes to us asap!
Job Description:
- Research waybills in multiple systems and enter results into a complex spreadsheet.
- Data Entry of waybills to invoice customers
- Must have analytical skills sufficient to research and resolve waybill errors
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
