Palantir’s Kitchen Operations Analysts make our company micro-kitchens and meal service stellar. Our employees eat about thousands of meals a week in total, and we make sure all of that food is where it needs to be when it needs to be there. All our micro-kitchens are customized according to the preferences of those who sit near them, which means we know what each individual employee requests and make sure it’s close at hand for them. We’ll import berries from Brazil or juice from Korea, and take an off-hand comment about an employee’s favorite iced tea and surprise them when they see it in their micro-kitchen in a few days. We’re a small team, and we rely on one another to get the job done perfectly every time. There are no egos on this team, and we take pride in working behind the scenes to make everything perfect without anyone noticing.
