Marketing Communications Manager

RTI, the world leader in delivering fast, scalable, communications software for building and integrating real-time operational systems, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to participate in the creation of strategic marketing programs and public relations initiatives to support the goals as set forth in the Strategic Marketing Plan.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and write content for internal and external communications:

Write copy for collateral materials promoting RTI's products and services
Write copy and maintain content on corporate website
Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools with input from product marketing, engineering, executives, sales, PR and customers
Develop and execute social media strategies
Work with internal subject matter expert to craft content
Maintain RTI's branding and visual identity guidelines for all marketing materials and activities
Review, edit and proof all communications content

2. Manage Integrated Lead Generation Campaigns

Manage Marketo lead generation software – develop lists, create campaigns, create email blasts, score leads and execute campaigns
Manage project requirements and dependencies
Develop metrics and track results

Requirements

5-7 years' marketing communication experience
Experience managing external and internal resources
Excellent writing skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to translate technical information into engaging copy
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Marketo
Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines
Detail oriented
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field
