PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER (SDLC/METRICS/AGILE/KPI\'S) (TECHNOLOGY FOR MEDIA FIRM)
Great opportunity to bring process improvement to major media firm who is rapidly expanding their technology organization. You will be begin by driving new processes within the E-Commerce division from both an AGILE methodology perspective as well as evaluation the current project management and business analysis processes.
*This is an Individual Contributor role with high visibility to both Senior Executives on both the Business and Technology side*
Heavy emphasis on Application Delivery.
ITIL Based Process Improvements skills is a plus.
Extensive experience in SDLC management
The Senior Director is a former Partner at Accenture and really likes the Big 4 pedigrees.
Very high exposure to senior management as well as multiple lines of business (e-commerce, corporate, etc.).
Key are deep Process Improvement skills with overall skills in many of the areas below.
SDLC, Agile, ITIL, PM/BA process, Financial Planning (Forecasting/Budgeting), Metrics, Reporting, Service Delivery, etc.
Research and implement process improvements across entire technology organization.
