We are proficient in every application and layer of our entire suite of products. We answer questions, solve problems, and help people achieve their goals. Support at Palantir is about making life easier for our customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding technical support to customers and partners via email and phone
Become a Palantir expert and act as a lifeline for our field engineers
Troubleshoot complex product issues
Work with the Business Development, QA, and Engineering teams
Identify a need within the Palantir platform, and develop your own project
Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent experience
Industry experience in technical support, engineering or a related function
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize
Willingness to work flexible hours
Strong understanding of Windows and Linux/Unix preferred
Familiarity with SQL databases, especially Oracle and Postgres, preferred
