Responsibilities
Provide outstanding technical support to customers and partners via email and phone
Become a Palantir expert and act as a lifeline for our field engineers
Troubleshoot complex product issues
Work with the Business Development, QA, and Engineering teams
Identify a need within the Palantir platform, and develop your own project
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Industry experience in technical support, engineering or a related function
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize
Willingness to work flexible hours
Strong understanding of Windows and Linux/Unix preferred
Familiarity with SQL databases, especially Oracle and Postgres, preferred
