Sales Manager: Join a local industry leader seeking an EXPERIENCED Home Improvement Sales Manager for our Binghamton division. Due to our highly-selective nature, only applicants with In-Home Sales Experience will be considered for this position.
P The ideal candidate must possess a clear understanding of lead generation practices, sales presentation systems, recruitment and effective management techniques.
P Job Description
1-Recruit, hire and train sales reps in accordance with market demands
2-Motivate and develop sales reps through in-field and classroom exercises
3-Conduct weekly sales and staff meetings
4-Meet or exceed established marketing and sales quotas
5-Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation
6-Work closely with support staff, i.e. Production & Marketing Management
