Fiscal Director: As a member of the Senior Management team, this person provides fiscal administrative support to the Executive Director, board finance committee and the Parent Policy Council. Manages Family Enrichment Network's fiscal and business office for compliance with GAAP and individual funding sources.
P Minimum Qualifications: BA in Accounting or Business Management with relevant course work. Three years of demonstrated experience in relevant business administration, preferably in a government or not for profit setting. Experience handling fiscal management, procurement and fund raising project administration in a human service area. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong computer skills essential. Willingness to direct and plan the activities of others. Excellent written, listening and oral communication skills. Job requires traveling within area served by the program. Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
P Preferred Qualifications: Masters in Accounting or Business Management with relevant course work. Five or more years of demonstrated experience with progressive supervisory experience. Direct Head Start experience preferred.
