Responsibilities:

Monitors research processes to ensure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards. Coordinates the activities of information management personnel at assigned site. Verifies analytical reports relating to market conditions such as sales, vacancy, inventory base, absorption, and leasing activity. Collects data into local and corporate databases. Provides various activity and status reports to staff and managment. Maintains various records and reports relating to historical real estate market activity. As requested, acts as a point of contact for local and regional media regarding real estate market activity. Promotes information management resources to local and regional staff and management. Maintains information resources libraries.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
1-2 years of related experience and/or training
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents. Ability to present information to an internal department for peer and management review. Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles. Intermediate skills with MS Office.
