Daily responsibilities include driving sales and profitability; demonstrating and managing customer service; providing leadership and direction to our employees; controlling shrink; managing and executing a variety of operational programs within the store and training of employees in customer service, merchandising, driving sales, safety. Excellent verbal/written communications skills and follow-through are necessary for this position.
