Job Description:
On a day to day basis this person will be responsible for Salesforce.com development version 11. Will also be involved in piloting version 12. Currently running the current demo instance of Salesforce (Winter 11). Role also demands that Salesforce environments be properly maintained and formal deployment and installation procedures to be put in place. Need overall Salesforce developer experience wrt design, UI, web services, features, performance and deployment. Need senior developers with at least 3+ experience in Salesforce and 10+ developer experience with prior experience in CRM technologies

Pluses - Financial Industry exp and Chatter exp. Top 3 Skills (stack ranked) : 1) Must have three Years of experience with developing Salesforce.com 2) Must have atleast 5 Years total experience working with CRM Applications 3) Must have worked with version 11
