Completes the account analyst`s functions and processes according to established department policies, procedures and defined processes. Assists management and personnel in the identification of needs based on changing or established billing and coding standards. Identifies and forwards difficult accounts to appropriate department staff.
One (1) year collections, finance/accounting or medical billing experience requiredCollege course work preferred.One (1) year medical business office experience preferred.Experience and/or training in the following preferred:a.Meditech BAR and/or MPM/LSSb.ICD-9 or CPTc.Medical Terminology 1.0 (80 hrs/pp) Day High School Diploma or equivalent required
