-QuadDirect - a Quad/Graphics subsidiary that offers concept-through-delivery services, including just-in-time marketing strategies, creative development, and creative and workflow solutions, as well as online communications deployment and comprehensive print production and distribution, all driven by data is seeking an Account Manager.
-The Account Manager is responsible for developing strong partnerships with our external and internal customers. The candidate needs to be the subject matter expert for assigned accounts in the areas of client management, program design and infrastructure, performance measures, and mail piece design with regard to postal regulations. This position is also responsible for leading and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four-year college or university. A minimum of two years experience in a Customer Service/Account Manager role is required. Additional requirements include experience in USPS mailing regulations and Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access), the ability to read, write and comprehend complex documents such as journals, position papers, proposals, etc and the ability to make effective, interesting and persuasive speeches or presentation on complex topics. In addition, experience in a print/direct mail position and a strong understanding of the print process is highly desired.
