I am receiving an internal error when copying files to test.

An error occurs while copying files to test when the expected files are not in place before choosing this option. This could happen if files are either not uploaded on to your FTP account or are named incorrectly.

Please ensure that the files pi_jobs.dat and pi_offices.dat are uploaded on to your FTP account, and are named correctly (naming is case-sensitive).

Please follow the tips listed below for successful uploading of your PI files:

Is the job posting account OFCCP compliant or do we need to manually record all the resumes found via those searches?

If you are signed up as a Federal Contractor, your account is OFCCP compliant. However, we currently have no mechanism to record resumes received or searched on our website.

Does America's Job Exchange help support compliance requirements with respect to OFCCP, affirmative action, and EEOC?

America's Job Exchange will continue to offer services that help employers meet various regulatory requirements such as OFCCP and EEOC. The team behind America's Job Exchange has more than a decade of experience providing national labor exchange services that support government requirements, and the America's Job Exchange site is committed to maintaining that tradition.

The updated regulations for compliance have been released and we are working to keep America's Job Exchange users updated with the latest information. Simply go to the Federal Compliance link on the Employer's page to see the latest information.

  2. Select the checkbox beside the job(s) you wish to delete.
  3. Click the blue Delete button below the job listings.
  4. If you are certain this is the file you wish to delete, click Delete once again.

We also have an Archive option. This option may be helpful if you think you may ever need to use this posting as a reference. To archive, follow the same steps listed above, the only difference being in the last step where you need to click the Archive button instead of Delete.
