RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs Locksmith and Key Duplication using coding machine. * Identify and corrects minor problems associated with electrical and mechanical systems. * Monitor computer basedEMS, and preventive maintenance systems. * Performs and supports requirements for new equipment installations. * Performs light plumbing, carpentry and electrical. * Develop and maintain records for preventive/predictive maintenance program. * Respond to after hour's emergency calls. * Assist and acts as back up to Lead Mechanic Minimum Requirements * Technical trade program or training required. * High School diploma * 3 years experience with locksmithing painting, carpentry. Light plumbing and electrical . * Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
