JOB INFORMATION

The Governance Analyst I is responsible for providing support to the business units. This position may perform a variety of roles within the governance space, including, but not limited to training, monitoring, research, remediation and reporting.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS


Directly involved on a day to day basis in assisting the management and staff of the assigned business area or process in interpreting and applying governance, risk and compliance directives as well as compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
Modifies procedures or processes, undertakes fact gathering and investigation activity to monitor the effectiveness of implementation, within area of responsibility.
Promotes the adoption of a governance, risk and compliance culture through training and behavioral examples.
Requires a broad understanding of the business operations and specific processes and of the related corporate and regulatory requirements.
EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

1 years of related experience

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS



This position is designed to utilize the demonstrated skill set of existing/previous 571 processing experts.

The potential candidate will have processing experience in the 571 area (reimbursements)
Knowledge quality process/audit and procedural compliance.
