Boutique Specialist

Adecco is looking to hire Boutique Specialists for our client, Nespresso. 'At Nespresso, creating the perfect coffee is at the heart of what we do. Delighting coffee lovers is why we do it.' Founded and headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland, Nespresso owns and operates numerous brands, with a varied yet exclusive range of products across a number of markets including coffee, chocolate and more.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Must be very presentable, professional and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
-Be an ambassador to the Nespresso brand of coffee and machines while delivering the best possible service through every aspect of a customer's visit and purchase.
-Be extremely approachable as well as outgoing in order to lead every customer through the ultimate coffee experience via the Nespresso System and its application at the Nespresso Boutique/Bar.

REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience of customer service/sales, preferably in a retail environment.
Experience in a high end department store (ie: Lord&Taylor, Saks, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, etc.) is a huge plus.
Experience in a small retail boutique environment with much one on one customer contact (ie: a wine bar) is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED required.

*Special Note: There will be a mandatory 2-3 week training period which will take place in Manhattan. You must be able to handle this commute for that timeframe. The actual assignment after training will be in White Plains, NY.
