Position Description: The Sales Desk consists of consultative Associates who bridge Account Teams and Customers through strategic communications in order to: * Strengthen business partnerships. * Identify future drivers and solutions areas. The Sales Coordinator also assists Account teams in the following by delivering a value based story integrating Software, Support and Services: * Building customer relationships. * Improving sales effectiveness. * Driving growth revenue. This is an internal facing role with no direct customer interaction. Duties and Responsibilities: The Sales Desk Associate will: * Engage with Account Managers to collaborate on their Sales strategy. * Gain insight on the Account team's customers by researching the Company's priorities. * Reference the Company's multiple systems to learn account history and details. * Conduct online meetings with Account Managers to provide consultation on how to increase customer satisfaction and/or revenue. * Create documentation and collect information into PowerPoint deliverables for Account Managers who will use those deliverables in his/her business review with the customer. * Develop in depth knowledge of the Company's products and services. * Partner with team members on new projects and process improvements. * Attend team meetings, provide and receive training, and provide internal reporting. * Conduct peer reviews for Quality Control.
