Position Description:
CACI is looking for a Metastorm BPM Lead. Under this project, CACI provides development and maintenance support for enterprise systems of a major organization of a Federal Government Agency. The Metastorm BPM Lead will join a group of over 150 IT professionals that includes an application development team. This position supports a Federal Government client in the rapid application development of SharePoint/Metastorm/ColdFusion/Java/Oracle based enterprise applications for worldwide use. In conjunction with the client, we have established an environment of technology and process growth for the benefit of the application users and project personnel. Duties and Responsibilities: -Primary duties will be to serve as Team Lead in architecture, development, and project deliveries as well as implement business process solutions using Metastorm BPM. -Suggests technical solutions to enhance organization and project processes. -Works with and/or leads in the design, development, and implementation of technical applications that provide the most effective business solutions. -Plans, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. -Leads and participates in code and design reviews. -Evaluates user requests for new or modified program to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. -Participates in consultation with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. -Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements. -Formulates, reviews, and approves plans outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design. -Prepares flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operations involved. -Designs computer terminal screen displays to accomplish goals of user request. -Enters program codes into computer system. Enters commands into computer to run and test program. -Reads computer printouts or observes display screen to detect syntax or logic errors during program test, or uses diagnostic software to detect errors. -Replaces, deletes, or modifies codes to correct errors. -Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. -Assists users to solve operating problems. -Recreates steps taken by user to locate source of problem and rewrites program to correct errors. -May use computer-aided software tools, such as flowchart design and code generation, in each stage of system development. -Provide systems analysis, design, development, and maintenance of applications component developed using Microsoft Biztalk.
Required Qualifications: -Must either currently hold or be able to obtain a Secret clearance -5-7 years experience developing business processes with Metastorm BPM, specifically creating Metastorm process maps, forms, and reports according to approved change requests and standards. -Ability to execute technical leadership, not management. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. -Comfortable speaking and presenting with all levels of professionals, including executive management. -Solid experience with requirements, systems analysis, design, development, and maintenance of BPM application
