ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Meets minimum acceptable sales and activity levels.
* Calls on prospective customers to explain benefits, and value of Insperity's service offering
* Completes bid paperwork in a timely manner and finalizes new client contracts
* Completes activity and pipeline reports and submits to management in a timely manner
* Maintains flexibility in schedule to accommodate changes in prospect's or client's plans

REQUIREMENTS:

* High School diploma or equivalent is required.
* Minimum 3 years experience (over 5 preferred)
* Motivated for high income potential
* Experienced as a strong HUNTER
* Heavy prospecting calling on small business owners and C -Level Executives required
* Must be able to generate 100% of own leads
* Exceptional consultative selling style
* Ability to sell value over price
* Commitment to goals
* Prior income must be at least $80K - verifiable by a W-2
* Desired commitment to outperform and out earn the pack
* Travel up to 20%
