Job Description
Structural Engineer - Building Design
Dewberry is currently seeking a structural engineer for its' Parsippany and Bloomfield, NJ office' s. The candidate will work on a wide variety of projects including Telecommunication sites, schools, health care centers, Higher Education facilities, office buildings, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, structural evaluations and civil/site structures and water/wastewater treatment facilities. Individuals will perform complex building analysis on all design phases, structural modeling, structural calculation, load ratings, and plan production.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (MS/MAE preferred), with a focus in Structural Engineering or related field is required.
4-6 years of structural design experience.
NJ PE is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of REVIT, CAD programs and structural design, STAAD software is preferred.
Solid verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proficiency in MS Office software.
Ability to work in a team environment.
