Customer Service Rep I 3rd Shift Sun-Thurs

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide the link between C&S and our customers to assure their satisfaction with our products and service. Answer phone calls from customers to correct a received shipment or to place an adjustment to a future order. Correct an order already delivered by researching the delivery, schedule a new delivery or issue a credit. Place an adjustment to a future order by keypunching the correction into the mainframe system before delivery. Work proactively to diffuse potential problem situations and communicate this with our customers and internal departments. Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to working in a fast paced, challenging environment with a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize tasks. Basic PC skills.
