Opportunity Profile: We are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounting Assistant, Transactional AR in our Accounting department located in Morgantown, WV. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of Accounts Receivable by identifying customer issues and resolving issues by applying company policies and procedures, developing and maintaining working relationships with customer contacts, contacting customers to resolve open accounts receivable items, providing customer account status to members of management, working closely with other departments to provide a team approach to customer deduction resolution, process credit memos and perform other duties as assigned.Reporting

Qualifications:
Minimum of a BS degree (or equivalent) preferably in Accounting or Finance with 0-2 years of related work experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must possess a basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Knowledge of a computer accounting environment, SAP preferred. Must possess effective communication, writing, customer service, and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task, interpret customer contracts, and work as a team. Must be proficient with Excel, Work and Lotus Notes. Educational Requirements: Background Requirements:
