Job Description

Venable LLP, one of the top 100 law firms in the U.S., has an opening for an experienced professional to join the firm-wide IT Help Desk supporting its midtown Manhattan office, providing resolutions to technical issues and inquiries. Responsibilities include answering and responding to firm-wide Help Desk calls and e-mails, escalating requests, monitoring resolutions and providing first level computer hardware and telecommunications support to users. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of office LAN/WAN matters.

Requirements include a minimum of four years of experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007; a minimum of one year of experience supporting Windows 7; and a minimum of two years of experience providing deskside and/or telephone support to users, configuring and installing hardware and troubleshooting remote access technologies.

Hours: M-F; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Senior Help Desk Analyst will report to the Help Desk Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and challenging environment.
