The developer will be focused on the audit report printout/layout for all of our strategic (top 30 or so) accounts. This is done in XSLT with the data being stored in XML. They will also help with the reporting dashboard and skins as well. This is done in more traditional web tools (HTML, CSS, etc). STRONG The person MUST be more of a application developer than a web developer /STRONG . The work needs to be functional, well thought out, and scalable. If it's pretty and not functional --- it won't work. /P P Job Description BR This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced software engineer looking for an opportunity to have direct ownership in the design and development of client-facing applications. We're looking for bright, energetic and talented candidates to implement custom applications in our proprietary application. BR BR The Solution Architect/Developer will report to the Platform Manager, and will be working directly with users on a day-to-day basis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this position. BR BR This position will involve designing, developing and implementing custom client applications in a proprietary software language. On the job training will be provided, however, a solid knowledge of software development and business analysis is a prerequisite for consideration. Specifically, the primary responsibilities for this position will include business analysis, application design and implementation. Though the majority of the implementation process will be carried out in proprietary language, the candidate will have an opportunity to leverage a broad spectrum of commercial software tools and languages. BR BR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES BR Development - Design, build and implement custom enterprise web applications to include: BR o Web Application User Interfaces BR o Custom Workflows BR o Reports, Charts BR Basic Project Management: BR Track and maintain status of projects and tasks Regularly report status to Project Manager BR Quality Assurance/Testing: BR o Develop test scripts BR o Perform quality assurance tests /P P ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES BR Work on multiple on-going software development projects.
